women and drug addiction

It seems like a lot of women are getting hooked on drugs. What's more alarming is that statistics is fast rising. I am a woman myself but I can't seem to find the reason(s) why women would want to take drugs. After all, in the age of women empowerment, we practically don't need to resort to such vices .

For all those things unsent

A few friends and I are working on an art project whose idea is to collect and display unsent writings, gifts and anything else meant for someone else but never actually delivered. In the next few weeks we'll be launching the website where people can submit (and even snail-mail in) anything matching the above criteria.
Some examples of what we're looking for include letters written to loved ones, mistresses, dead people, celebrities, hated bosses or exes as well as text messages, lyrics, poems, postcards, presents, photographs, audio recordings, videos, etc.
Now is where you come in! Instead of launching the site blank we'd love to get some real entries from people. Please email anything and everything (including links if you previously put something online) to ThingsUnsent@gmail.com and feel free to forward this to anyone you think will be interested.
Submissions can be totally anonymous, include pictures, scans or just descriptions of what was unsent and also notes on whom they were meant for, why they were never delivered and what ended up happening to them. If possible, seeing scans or pics of people's actual handwriting and real-world creations is more exciting than just reading transcripts.
If you have an attachment over 5 MB please email first and we'll work out the best way to transfer big files. If you want to snail-mail something I can send you our Post Office Box in New York.
Don't forget to forward this to others and thanks for all the help on this exciting project! It'll be interesting to see what happens...
Submissions should obviously be made only by those with the ownership and legal rights to do so, with the understanding that entries - not identities - will be made public.

Argument against the Existence of a Perfect Creator
(view

If a perfect creator exists, then creation must be imperfect or it would be identical to its creator and there is no distinction in perfection. However, if creation is imperfect, then its creator cannot be perfect, because perfection cannot create imperfection. Therefore, a perfect creator cannot exist.
Logical refutation?

Hi dear I am a sixty year old grandmother and I have been empathic from an early age, being able to see, feel, sense and experience things like visions premonitions and feeling another's feelings and psychic energy like they were my own with a high rate of accuracy. Just in short I never did well in school and had a healthy disrespect for the system and still do. I am mostly self educated so please pardon my English :). I believe and agree with you that aura colors have little to do with it, for I believe the intensities of heightened or sensitised perceptions by the senses and a highly developed 6th sense can very from one ability or gift to another from day to day. Aura colors will depend allot on the vibrational frequencies in the energetic spectrum of auric colors like one day one might be stronger in the ability or gift associated with the green spectrum and the next day blue or orange are your strongest and then fluctuate into the indigo for a time then back to another auric color. I don't believe anyone has any realy substantially solid scientific proof in this field only just mostly theory and speculation although quantum physics appears to be doing some progress in their research in this direction. Yes we are only just normal human beings that bleed the same color blood as any other human being on the face of this green earth just wired a little different. Any and all sentient human being can be awakened and taught these gifts if they have a sufficiently oppen mind and heart to do so.
Peace to all

To admit defeat is to accept it.

By admitting to yourself that you can lose, you have already lost.
Sounds stupid, seeing as we often come across odds no one could overcome alone, right?
But by giving up, we have lost. Even if you could not overcome the full challenge, by using all your potential to overcome your obstacles, you have tried your best, which can be just as satisfying as the full victory.
Goddess, I need to think of some non-philosophical shit.

In order to Destroy, one must Create.

An old theory, I'm sure, but a nifty one nonetheless.
In order to destroy something, one has already created something in the name of destruction.
You build a gun to tear through people.
You build a laser to sear.
You create a force to rip a paper in two.
Therefore, the balance of creation to destruction is always neutral, even if it doesn't seem like it.

Ethical Journalism

With the current War on Terror, who feels that the media is honest? Are we getting facts or censored nonsense? Why is free speech mocked by the media?
I feel upset that America now appears more and more like hypocrites than anything else. We destroy countries in order to fix them. That does not make any sense to me. I want to understand the role of the media and what really makes journalism ethical? What is the truth and how much do we get to see? How much right does the public have to know about news? Finally, can there be no bias in journalism?
I would appreciate your impute because I haven't thought of these issues in this way before. The same questions can be applied to matters of the past so I want to come up with some answers now before the present repeats itself in the future. I want to be prepared to handle our society in the journalism medium.
Thanks for you impute.

What's this all about?
GAZM.org is founded on the principle that expression assures one's sense of self, advances knowledge and determines truth. GAZM users encourage each other's expression by engaging the heart, exciting the mind and stimulating the soul with constant streams of provocative thoughts, opinions, ideas and art. Do not be intimidated to join (for free), post often and seduce others to do the same.
